Theory. Chapters 1 y 2
Swimming pool practice 1 y 2
Shore sea dive 1 (21 feet / +40 min) Comming in from shore.
Day 2.
Theory. Chapters 3 y 4
Swimming pool practice 3 y 4
Shore sea dive 2 y 3 (30 feet / +40 min) Comming in from shore.
Day 3.
Open water sea dives 4 y 5 (60 feet / +40 min) Comming in from boat.
